Before turning to the details , I wanted to show my team from day 4 of Mercedes Benz Fashion Week, I chose this for the long floaty dress , and I want to use again , haha. Shows really enjoyed today were Diane von Furstenberg, Custo Barcelona, DKNY , Emerson. They were great as they can be read below , and in the afternoon I went to SocialyteGala party, which was fun , I’m still excited! New York is just buzzing with energy, and I am very grateful to have my friends here , and of course my two uber cool fashion interns , Jess and Mary , who took these pictures .
Thank you all for your comments, I ‘ll answer them as soon as I grab a moment. No, it was not his program every day , you just see something and go , this was the show for which he was holding his breath. I find it very inspiring DVF , and not only his work but his personality, his love of life and attitude , there’s something in it that I love! If you are not familiar with DVF and the way it is, you have to watch your interviews online and see how amazing this woman is. As you can see the ES14 is very glamorous , rich prints (I mean the Queen of prints that are talking about) , golden moments , and of course something that screams power.
Is it even I have to say that Naomi Campbell closed the show? It was just surreal , to the quantity of celebrities at the show, the whole show felt like a red carpet event ! Colorful , bright, bold , crazy , in your face , beautiful , original and absolutely brilliant, the words me roughly explain the Custo Barcelona show you. CB is generally very playful , different and striking , but their SS14 had something very smart about it at the same time . I kept imagining myself in some of the pieces , and I can not wait for the collection to be in stores , and I’m dying to try on these models . Lots to see minimum moments here too, along with a pastel color scheme and fluorescent color happening.
